Many studies have found that looking at images of animals and forests can reduce feelings of anxiety and stress

Some have found that seeing pictures of nature can even boost your concentration and productivity

If you can’t get to the natural environment, spend a little time looking at pictures

Set yourself up for success by placing images of nature and animals you love in areas where you spend a lot of time

Your home, your desk, your wall at work

This is something I do for myself to bring me CALM every day
