Many studies have found that looking at images of animals and forests can reduce feelings of anxiety and stress

Some have found that seeing pictures of nature can even boost your concentration and productivity

There is something so special about spending time with animals 

If you can’t get do that, spend a little time looking at an image of them

Set yourself up for success by placing images of animals and nature you love in areas where you spend a lot of time

Your home, your desk, your wall at work

This is something I do for myself

I have small paintings I love where I will see them

When I wake up in the morning, get dressed, on my desk when I’m working
